Working on Season 2 of Sourdough by Christine, ltd! 

Last year baking as a Michigan Cottage Baker 3/4 of the year was a challenge. I love a good challenge! Harder to love was a sore back (from all the bending from getting the bread in and out of the home oven)  and on the verge of getting tennis elbow my husband looked into turning our garage into a commercial kitchen.  We were able to without to much trouble by the end of August. I was also able to purchase a 30 qt mixer (to save my arms) and a Simply Bread oven to save time and my back! YAY! 

Exciting times and something I never dreamed could happen!

This year Im introducing new products to go with sourdough:

- My Italian seasoning mix I use in my bread

- Creamed Michigan Honey - classic, vanilla cinnamon, lemon & hot. 

- Granola (sourdough with nuts)

- Mini Cookies & Large Cookies (Sugar & Chocolate Chip at this time also made with sourdough)

- Sourdough dry pancake mix, just add egg, vanilla & water

- Cinnamon Rolls (sourdough)

You never know what Ill come up with next!
